The Spires Lacrosse Club provides lacrosse teams for boys and girls of all ages and experience levels. We are focused on supporting the Frederick High School, Gov. Thomas Johnson High School and Tuscarora High School feeder paths.

We provide teams for outdoor Spring recreational lacrosse. Our club provides players with the skills and training necessary to prepare them for higher level play. Many of the high school players today began their playing careers with Spires Lacrosse. Several players, in fact, have gone on to play lacrosse at the collegiate level as well.

As we get ready to start the 2026 spring lacrosse season, we wanted to reach out to the community to help to continue to support lacrosse in Frederick.
